question in PostScript to Image

Dear sir
I'm attempting to use the PC version of HYSPLIT, and have been trying to use the Concentration -- Utilities --PostScript to Image tool through the Hysplit GUI , When I load the menu and press "Execute Conversion ", the "Application Error" screen pops up.It doesn't work and stop.I hit this error message I could not figure out the solution for it. and there are several errors like :

Have you created the postcript file? Please make sure that the postcript file has been created when you produced the graphics from the output file from the model (e.g. cdump).
Alternatively, check in the Advanced/Configuration Setup/Set Directories that the program "convert" is located in the corresponding directory.

Thanks， I have created the postcript fil,and checked in the Advanced/Configuration Setup/Set Directories that the program "convert" is located in the corresponding directory. But it hit this error message ,I don't know why?

Can you please try run the command "convert" in your working directory using a DOS windows?
