AGL Height in model

AGL Height in model

In online HYSPLIT Trajectory Model there is
Level 1 height: with two options Meters AGL and meters AMSL.

My question is what is the basic model height if I choose 200m AGL?
My station altitude is 331m AMSL, so actually at what height the trajectories will get calculated? and what vl be the actual height of the trajectories with respective to my station altitude?

Please help me regarding this problem.
