We were able to reproduce the issue. While we are working on a fix, you might want to use a third party ftp client like WinSCP, FileZilla, etc. to download archived meteorology files: see https://www.ready.noaa.gov/archives.php for detailed instructions.

Are you using a web browser? Web browsers removed supporting the ftp protocol. For Linux and Mac, the ftp command will work. For Windows PC, try a third-party ftp client such as FileZilla FTP Client, WinSCP, etc.

Web browsers depreciated ftp access. If you are using a Windows PC, try a third-party ftp client such as FileZilla FTP Client, WinSCP, etc. using only one connection. The ARL ftp server does not accept two or more concurrent connections.
