Run highsplit as guassian model using one station data

Hello, I want to run a simulation of small scale accident up to 10km and for duration of 1-3 hours using information of one weather station (wind speed and direction, pressure, temperature and cloud to calculate stability class) can I use Gaussian option in HYSPLIT for this purpose? and how?

but I get this error message:
