Documentation for Meteorology Output Along Trajectory

Post by astav002 »

Hello,

I have successfully run my backwards trajectories, but I am having trouble finding a description for some of the parameters and units that are output as part of the run. In particular "Theta".

I have followed the configuration similar to here: https://www.ready.noaa.gov/hysplitusersguide/S614.htm

Can someone point me to where I might find the information for the following:

"PRESSURE, "THETA", "RAINFALL","MIXDEPTH", "RELHUMID", "SPCHUMID", "H2OMIXRA", "TERR_MSL", "SUN_FLUX"

Thank you in advance.

THETA, AIR_TEMP, RAINFALL, MIXDEPTH, RELHUMID, SPCHUMID, H2OMIXRA, SUN_FLUX, and TERR_MSL correspond to the items listed in S614.htm.

What are the units for pressure? Those are not listed at the site given in the post.
