Initialization error

Has anyone seen this error before? I tried to get mix layer depth files with gdas1 meteorology files and this popped up, not sure what I did wrong.

Seeing "autotraj" in the error dump, it appears you were running the (GUI terminology) Trajectory - Special Runs - Daily. Make sure it runs successfully for one trajectory. Then do the Special Runs - Daily.
