Becaouse of this problem I've istalled hysplit on another PC (Win 10), but there have a problem with the ftp connection (a message appears that ftp connection failed). I've made an exception in firewall but it doesn't work.
Can anyone help me fix the problems?

Can you be more specific with what data file and date you are trying to download? Thanks.
