It looks like you are giving us the contents of the namelist SETUP.CFG file here and
the name of a script that you ran

./traj_back-NJ-2017meteo.sh

What is in the script?
Is a MESSAGE file generated?
If so, what is in it?
You are using WRF output for the met data?
Try running profile or chk_file on your met data to
make sure it was converted properly.
