Compute particle loading in the domain

Hello,
we are running simulations using the Linux version of HYSPLIT (April 2018 release). We release different classes of particles (each class has a different diameter) and the emission rates are in kg/h. We'd like to know if there is a way to compute/check the mass of each class of particles in the domain during the course of the dispersion process (both in the air and deposited). At the moment we are doing this check by converting the cdump file into text files (con2asc) and we compute the mass by multiplying the concentration expressed in kgm-3 by the volume of the grid cells in m3 (for the deposit we consider the concentration in kgm-2 and we multiply by the cell area). Is there another way to do this check? Maybe through an executable file in the exec directory.
Thanks for your help
