I have created the following back trajectory.

I am able to rotate the output but then the source is excluded from the output.

Is it possible to rotate and zoom out further so that the location is at the bottom of the output and included ?

Not sure how you "rotated" the output, but you can change the zoom level in the PC GUI using the slider bar near the bottom of the GUI or if you are using the web version, you can set the zoom between 0 and 100 in the menu.
