Evaluation of model and download the Spain version

I would like to ask two questions: first, How can I evaluate validate the model? second question , how to download of the Spain version?

The model can be evaluated with tracer experiments (an example is given when you download the code under the "datem" directory) or, depending on the application, with the data that you might have available.
