0.25 degree data available?

Post by Zsola »

This is the comment from reviewer:

"The GDAS data with a spatial resolution of 1 degree is too
coarse to investigate the research domain. Now the 0.25 degree data is available."

Please let me know from where can I obtain the meteorological data mentioned above, taking into consideration that backward trajectory analysis was carried out for period 2009-2017 (Europe).

Thanks a lot

You can browse available datasets here:
You might want to look at the WRF dataset if you are looking at CONUS.
GDAS 0.5 degree is available from 2007.
https://www.ready.noaa.gov/archives.php.

You could also look at using the ERA5 dataset from ECMWF. You would
have to download the data yourself and use our converter.
Please see the first post in this thread for instructions.
