Hello,
I did some daily trajectory and I would like to know how can I group all the trajectories on one map and one file ?
I looked some clusters but I'm not sure I can do this with this tool.
Can you help me?
Thank you by advance,
Meryll

Re: Group all daily trajectories
You may need to use the Windows Command Prompt to run it manually.
An example of plotting two trajectories on one map is in the Tutorial, Section 4.5 https://www.ready.noaa.gov/documents/Tu ... index.html
An explanation of a "listfile" that can have many trajectories to be plotted at once, is in the Trajectory Display help file:
C:\hysplit4\html\S230.htm

Hello,
Thank you for your answer but your idea doesn't work and I have a lot of trajectories I would like to put together on one map.
Do you know an other method ?
Or, I could do a cluster but can I do a cluster with all a group of trajectories ?
Thank you by advance,
Meryll

Re: Group all daily trajectories
The description of the file format for the trajectories can be found here:
https://www.ready.noaa.gov/hysplitusersguide/S263.htm
The files are text and it should be relatively simple to customize your own plot using
the software of your choice (matlab, R, python, idl, excel etc.) to read the files and create a plot.
You can also find some graphics packages for HYSPLIT trajectories that have
been written by other groups on github - for instance:
https://github.com/mscross/pysplit
https://github.com/rich-iannone/SplitR
Cheers,
Alice
