How should I fill the starting time of the Trajectory model?
The plot below shows an unusual run. The model should not announce the error instead of the running model with an unusual starting time?

Re: trajectory starting time
The starting time in UTC (first line in CONTROL file) is entered YY MM DD HH, all as two digits.
YY=year (18 for 2018)
MM=month
DD=date
HH=hour
Then there is a special case when both year and month are set to zero, the date and hour give the start date/time relative to the start or end of the meteorology file. See the help file S310.htm (in the GUI, Concentration / Setup Run / Help). The date/time is the same for trajectories.
You have date as "54". Somehow the model ran with a bad date because there are no checks on this entry. Fortunately you noticed this. We will consider adding checks for this. Thank you for telling us about it.
