HYSPLIT with ALOHA

Per the new COMET training, there is now a version of HYSPLIT that includes the ALOHA/CAMEO database for chemical input. However the note says it is restricted to NWS meteorologists only... Is that a temporary restriction or is that data not going to be made available to non-NWS meteorologists/emergency managers?

The HYSPLIT/ALOHA option is only available to NOAA employees (primarily for NWS forecasters), however we will be discussing ways to make it available to other users in the future. In the meantime, you could always call your local forecast office and have them do a run for you.
