MLH at one lat long

In tutorial, we saw that we can generate MLH and terrain along the trajectory using the ADVANCED options. Is there a way to generate MLH at a single lat long at multiple times?

If mixing layer height is provided in the meteorological file then you can use the profile program which can be accessed by
Meteorology/display data/text profile. This was covered a little in section 4.3.

If you want to look at mixing height calculated a different way then you can use the vmixing program.
