Is there a reason why I'd be getting different results when I run the same control/setup files on Windows versus Mac? When I run Hysplit on Mac OS Lion, I get an expected plume. However, when I duplicate that same run on Windows 7, I get zero concentrations.

Well there is a difference between getting different results and getting nothing from one of the simulations. Small platform differences are expected due to the hardware dependency of the random number generator and compiler differences. The normal protocol is to compare the CONTROL, SETUP.CFG, and MESSAGE files between the runs. We would need these in order to determine why you got zero concentrations.
