Dear Community,

Since I am new for trajectory model, I am having difficulties to find the percentage contribution of monthly trajectory.

Kindly suggest me how I can do this in hysplit. For reference, I have attached screenshot of Li et al 2016.r

Please review the HYSPLIT tutorial, specifically Chapter 6:

Section 6.2 goes over how to perform a cluster analysis, which is what is shown in the Li et al. figure you attached.
