SVG to Image Issue

I ended up having to reinstall ImageMagick in C:\Users\RobynHall (and then update the directory link in Hysplit). It seems for me like it was a permissions issue with it being in C:\Program Files or C:\ Hysplit, even running Hysplit in administrator mode.
