Best meteorological data for Europe

Hi.
We are a new user to HYSPLIT. Initially we are only able to use the READY web based version, and (currently) we do not have capability to install a stand alone version, nor to convert more local met data to the required Hysplit format. So we are limited only to what is available in READY.
Of the currently available meteorology in READY, would somebody be able to recommend the most relevant sources for Europe? The work initially is to focus on both archive and forecast trajectories, hopefully for 2022.
We would appreciate any information.
