Removal of NAM Alaska 45 km grid

The NAM Alaska 45 km forecast data set will be removed from the READY system when the new supercomputer becomes operational at NOAA NCEP. The is currently scheduled to occur on July 16, 2013. The NAM Alaska 12 km grid will continue to be available on READY.
