New directory name for gdas1 files from NCEP servers

Effective July 5, 2016 the HYSPLIT-formatted weekly GDAS1 (one-degree) archive flies are available on a subdirectory named "gdas.YYYYMM", where YYYY is the year and MM is the month, instead of a directory named "gdas".
For example, July files are available at both of these servers:
http://nomads.ncep.noaa.gov/pub/data/nc ... as.201607/
ftp://ftpprd.ncep.noaa.gov/pub/data/ncc ... as.201607/
There is no change in the directory name for these files on the ARL server:
ftp://arlftp.arlhq.noaa.gov/archives/gdas1/
