Expected Coordinate system for shapefille background. (10.2)

I wonder what is the default (expected) system of coordinates for SHP? Is it NAD83 or WGS84 or maybe GRS80?
Default datum for shapefile output is GRS1980. See *.prj file for detailed information (Tutorial 10.5).
Since WGS84 is very similar to GRS1980, I don't expect any trouble to use it. However, please use proper datum transformation using GIS software if you need a high level accuracy.
