I received an error message preventing me from cleaning the working directory. The message indicates permission denied. Is this really important to clean up the working directory? Mine features as many additional files as Roland's. Please let me know.

It is not necessary to clean the working directory.

Maybe some files are still in use. Make sure you close all the files and figures before hitting the clean-up button.
