Hi

Could you please clarify the difference between setting up multiple trajectories in the "Advanced" Menu (Number 3) and doing it "Daily" as a "Special run".?

The "help " icon in the "Advanced" menu also mentions how to configure monthly runs

When is it recommended to use one option over the other ?

Thank you very much in advance and really appreciate the excellent tutorial.

Best

A special daily run will initiate a new simulation starting at the interval time. Each run will have a duration set as the total run time in the Trajectory > Setup Run menu. Multiple levels can be used as set in Trajectory > Setup Run menu.

A run with multiple trajectories in the Advanced > Trajectory > Menu 3 will simulate one simulation with a total run time as set in the Trajectory > Setup Run menu. In the Advanced > Trajectory > Menu 3, restart interval represents how often a new trajectory is released at the starting location and restart duration is the maximum length of time of each trajectory. If number of multiple levels=0, only the first level will be used if multiple levels are chosen in the Trajectory > Setup Run menu and each trajectory will be released at the starting location set in Trajectory > Setup Run menu. If multiple levels>0, then each trajectory will be released at the downwind horizontal location and the specified height in Trajectory > Setup Run menu.
