Web browsers depreciated ftp access. If you are using a Windows PC, try a third-party ftp client such as FileZilla FTP Client, WinSCP, etc. using only one connection. The ARL ftp server does not accept two or more concurrent connections.

Thank you Sonny, i tried to open this. i found I can open these link in firefox, but cannot open these in google chrome.
