Parmerge not working correctly

Hi!
I'm not sure whether it is my mistake or the function is not working correctly but when I tried to parmerge, it produced wrong results.
I have unregistered version for Windows downloaded in October of this year. I'm running it on Windows 10.
I tried to merge 3 PARINIT files PARINIT.001, PARINIT.002, PARINIT.003 (snippet of one of them is attached - for the snippet, I converted it to ascii). They contain information about the same particles at different source locations.
I run the following code from the command line:
cd <location of these files>
C:\hysplit\exec\parmerge.exe -iPARINIT.00* -oPARDUMP
This function never finished running but when force stopped, it creates this file (converted to ascii to take a snippet): I'd greatly appreciate your help.
