Hello,
I am trying to do a cluster analysis but when I go to display the means, only some of the clusters are plotting. I have tried repeating the analysis with more or less clusters, but in each case there are always 2-3 clusters missing. In the coordinates file, the missing clusters start at 0,0 and are omitted for the remainder of the analysis. The file is attached below.
Is this an issue with HYSPLIT not being able to cluster some trajectories because they are too different?
