hysplit thinks my tablet running Win10 is 32 bit

I cant download the 64 bit version of hysplit on my 64 bit tablet running Windows 10. Hysplit thinks it is 32 bit. Is there a way to override this?

What model of tablet is that? What's the OS on it? Without this info, we will not be able to help you.
