1) Please, is it possible to integrate two or more months into the frequency trajectories? Please, what is the limit of months that the model accepts?
(The same question for cluster analysis)
2) Every time I start a new frequency analysis, do I need to delete the infile in Working Directory?

(1) Two months are possible. Trajectory frequency has no limit, though eventually computer memory.
Clustering is more resouce-intensive. Several hundreds of trajectories are do-able. We don't have exactly a max number of trajectories, but thousands either take a long time or are not possible. Skipping endpoints, or using one trajectory a day instead of say 4-a-day are options to use more trajectories.

(2) The INFILE from a prior run will be deleted, so no. You may want to rename them so as to reference what files were used with which results.
