Superimposed plots

Post by kjmohr »

Hi,

I am having an issue trying to get the plots to be superimposed on top of one another. I have been following along to create the traj_files.txt, but when I do the +traj_files.txt I receive an error message. Such as the one attached here.

Could you post the content of your traj_files.txt here?

Also reading from the output you posted, there seems to be two input files, namely, T and traj_files.txt. Could this be causing the problem?

Thanks. The list file looks all right, provided there is no blank line.

I am wondering why you have the "/Users/kylemohr/hysplit/working/T" file in the output besides "traj_files.txt." The output suggests the "Input Endpoints" input field has the value of "/Users/kylemohr/hysplit/working/T+traj_files.txt." What happens if you try just "+traj_files.txt"?
