Model Missing and Process Question for Unregistered Linux Version

The unregistered HYSPLIT Ubuntu20 linux package includes the serial version of the HYSPLIT concentration model (hycs_std), but is missing the MPI version of the concentration model (hycm_std). Is this omission intentional or is there another location to retrieve hycm_std?
The unregistered HYSPLIT linux package mentions it is identical to the registered version minus the forecast ability. Can someone clarify if this apply to 'forecast format' meteorology data or that the model cannot be run to forecast past today's date time?
