Downloaded Hysplit and when doing a test run it ask me to register my GSview.

Yes - this message will continue to pop up unless you decide to register it.
If you click ok, you can continue without registering it.

I clicked OK for the GSview verification code and get the following message:

Can't load Ghostscript DLL

If you want to register for gsview you will need to get a verification code.
If you want to use it without registering you need to click ok on the window that pops up before that rather than register now.

Correct, thats what I am doing and when I do that I get the following message:

Not sure what to do once I get this message.

See if you can open gsview without HYSPLIT.
You may need to reinstall gsview.

The Ghostgum website clearly states you cannot register v5.0. I do not know how users can circumvent this registration issue. I have been pressing "OK" as a workaround to use it but I am trying to configure HySPLIT to use Ghostscript instead.

For information, I wrote at Artifex, creator of GSview to have any informations and this is the answer I received :

"First of all, we have deprecated GSview. The small number of users did not justify continued updates and effort. I am sorry if this is an inconvenience. But GSview doesn't work more with these download links. I ask if they have a solution to tell me.

Maybe, someone know here an other software to replace GSview in the utilization of Hysplit?

Hi there, I am having the same issue with GhostView requiring registration. Has anyone found a workaround to this problem?
