ImageMagick - Legacy Option Not Available

I setup a faster Core i7 laptop during lunch yesterday to improve simulation run speeds. However, during installation of ImageMagick for this second laptop the option to install "Legacy" was not available.
The (5) choices I was given are:
Create desktop icon - Selected by default
Add application directory to your system path - Selected by default
Install FFmpeg - Selected by default
Associate supported file extensions with ImageMagick - Unchecked
Install ImageMagickObject OLE Control for VBscript, Visual Basic, and WSH - Unchecked

Legacy option can be found during the installation process.
If you don't see this, please check its version and re-download it from ImageMagick website.
I just tried by myself, and found no problem.

Hyun,
I downloaded and installed the same file you did. I removed the unregistered version of HySPLIT I installed for the workshop first. Then attempted the ImageMagick installation again and obtained the same result. I deleted the ImageMagick installation a second time, re-installed and now I have the Legacy option and enabled it.

I guess the ImageMagick checks current condition and decides its installation environment. Thanks for letting me know.
I have been successful when I install the ImageMagick first and then the HYSPLIT. I guess you did the same from the clean status.
