Desktop icon Run Hysplit not working

Following the instructions to click the desktop icon Run Hysplit and observe a startup window, the procedure did not work. After I click the icon, nothing is happening. I am working on Windows. Thank you!

Thank you!, the solution worked, I am now able to run Hysplit.
