How to add x window in the set directories for PC?

I am not sure what do you mean...
Would you please tell us more about what you want to do? Do you want to be able to view windows (like figures or GUI) forwarding to your window machine from a UNIX or LINUX machine?

I've attached the screen shot. Roland talked about it early in the workshop. I am not sure if similar can be done for PC?

The "UNIX X-windows directory" setting is for Mac users, NOT PC users. You may go to the day-one recording where Roland talked about this, starting at 1:04:42
