Accidentally saving the setup file during the run

So, while the run is going on, and we are looking through the setup in GUI as we did just a few minutes ago, if we accidentally save it, what will happen to the run which is going on?

SETUP.CFG is read at the beginning of the run. Assuming the program already read SETUP.CFG before saving it while it is running, the model simulation should proceed as initially intended.
