Custom Directories

The last portion of the webinar today (Day 1) raised an issue I've had with the default_exec file. When the program restarts the file is recreated. To maintain the custom directories I moved a copy of my custom default_exec into the guicoude folder and it seemed to work well. I'm wondering if this is a good idea and whether or not it will cause problems later.
