tutorial/index.html not working

I downloaded the tutorial.zip and, as instructed, clicked on index.html and it keeps telling me "file not found". I tried it on my laptop as well and got the same message. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you!

The index.html file cannot be opened if it is still within the zip folder. You would need to unzip the file by right clicking Tutorial.zip and selecting "Extract All..." menu (assuming you are using Windows 10). The
