Inline HYSPLIT coupled to WRF version 3.8.1

The updated version of inline HYSPLIT is now available on ARL’s ftp for registered users to download (http://www.arl.noaa.gov/WRF_inline.php).
New options including:
- option ichem=10, computing transfer coefficient matrix
- option kmsl=1, starting and output heights in MSL
- option ichem=6, converting concentration to mass/mass by dividing by air density
