New MeteoInfo website with Trajectory examples

For better documentation of MeteoInfo online, MeteoInfo website (http://www.meteothinker.com) has been re-created using Sphinx tool. It is still a long way to fullfill the online document, but it's a good start. Some trajectory examples has been added here: http://www.meteothinker.com/examples/me ... ctory.html .
