Boundary layer height

How can i calculate boundary layer height using hysplit data? Is there any possibility to do so? if not so how can i get PBL height to a specific locaiton... pleas suggerst me..

It depends on the meteoroligical file you are using. If you are using the GUI, you can go to Meteorology / Display Data / Text Profile and produce a meteorological profile of a user selected latitude and longitude that will show you all the variables that the dataset contains.

I tried as u said, i used GDAS 0.5 degree met data, in profile text, am getting only offset hours of 0,2,3,6,12,24,48 hours only... but how could i get offset for 9,15,18 hours..?
if i use GDAS 1 degree which is a week data, can i get daily with three hour interval of PBLH?
please suggest me soon sir..

The GDAS datasets are every 3 hours. You need to set the offset to 0 and the time interval to 3.

Is this boundary layer height represented from this data is from Above mean sea level (amsl)? if yes, how can i get that height for my site elevation 331m amsl?

The PBL height is above the ground.

how can i get mixed layer height for time interval of one hour from HYSPLIT-4... In some reputed research article i found that they are got mixed ayer height from HYSPLIT which is of one hour interval, and represented a plot regarding that height..
please suggest me to get it with one hour interval..

You need to have meteorological data at 1 hour intervals.
