In the output section of GIS, is there an option to output BOTH KMZ and shapefile?

The current version of HYSPLIT graphical user interface (GUI) does not support creating a KMZ and Shapefiles at the same time. You would need to create the same plot twice, first with KMZ and second with Shapefiles or vice versa.
