I am a new user and I am wondering if is possible to feed the Internet based version HYSPLIT-WEB with my own WRF simulation output?

You will not be able to use your own meteorological inputs when you run HYSPLIT on our server through the READY web application.
You will need to download the HYSPLIT executables and run it on your own machine in order to do this.
