Issue with daily trajectories and meteorological data

Hi there. I'm new to using Hysplit and I'm attempting to run cluster analysis on a series of 120 hour daily trajectories, with the goal of looking at changes in relative humidity along the profiles. Under 'Configuration Setup' I've selected the option to 'Add meteorology output along trajectory,' and if I run a single trajectory and look at the display, I am able to see changes in relative humidity by selecting 'meteo-varb' as my output vertical coordinates. However, when I run daily trajectories at 6 hour intervals for a full month and then attempt to cluster the data, relative humidity and pressure both show up as zero in the tdump files as well as in the cluster analysis display. Hoping someone can provide some insight on where I'm going wrong!
