ERROR - trajmean - too many input files

Post by markS_MT »

I have been try to carry out on a clustering run on backTraj data from 2009 to 2019 (120 hrs of backtraj at a time interval of 6 hrs). Hysplit is finishing the clustering, displays the TSV, assigns the trajectories, but displays the error above when I press Display means. It has started to do this after I clustered (successfully) incoming trajectories at 1500 m and tried to do the same thing for 500 m. I even reinstalled hysplit after deleting it but it still does not work.

The TRAJMEAN program cannot process 5000 or more input files at one go. It is a hard limit and reinstallation will not solve it.
