Unable to Cleanup Working

When I select Advanced-->Cleanup Working--> Continue I get the following error:
error renaming "C:/hysplit/working" to "C:/hysplit/working.780": permission denied
error renaming "C:/hysplit/working" to "C:/hysplit/working.780": permission denied
while executing
"file rename $Work_path ${Work_path}.${dnumb}"
(procedure "Config_cleanup" line 11)
invoked from within
"Config_cleanup"
(menu invoke)
I'm unable to create a new working directory. What should I do?
