How can I convert .bin output to other formats?

I want to use the .bin output to make my own style of graphs. Do you have any idea how to convert it?

There are also a few utility programs included with HYSPLIT which will convert some of the binary files to ascii.
con2asc converts the cdump files to ascii
par2asc converts particle output files to ascii.
