GSVIEW5.0 Installation in Windows 10

Hi,

I am trying to install HYSPLIT in my new Windows 10. As I need to install gsview5.0 before installing Hysplit, I am trying to install gsview5.0 (I already have installed Ghostscript C:\ program files\gs\gs9.27). But when i am trying to install gsview5.0 ( http://www.ghostgum.com.au/download/gsv50w64.exe) int the same location as ghostscript, the following error is showing:

"Failed to make directory C:\Program Files\gs\gs9.27\pstotext"

Why it is showing? I have used it windows 7 previously with no issues.

Could any one help me regarding this? I would be grateful.

Ghostscript is usually in c:\Program Files\gs, and
Ghostview in c:\Program Files\Ghostgum
