Hi,
I am using the package PySPLIT to generate trajectories and moisture flux with HYSPLIT, but I am running into issues with my trajectory data's specific humidity. When I view what information a single trajectory has in the HYSPLIT program, the only column labeled is PRESSURE, not the RELHUMID or SPCHUMID columns, for example. Also, all values in the seventh column are 0. I think this is where my specific humidity error is coming from in PySPLIT, and I was wondering if you see any issue here? Here's the beginning portion of a trajectory file:

GDAS 13 6 22 0 0
GDAS 13 6 29 0 0
GDAS 13 7 1 0 0
